Job summary

Crown Point Health Campus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, patient-centered team in Indiana. Open interviews Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; full-time and part-time positions available with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, coordinate with nursing staff, and document care plans, admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Direct, support, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants
• Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers per facility policy
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
• Ensure medication administration complies with all policies and procedures
• Conduct daily rounds and make priority-based decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
