Job summary

The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team in Hendersonville, NC. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with competitive pay and a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff and CNAs, ensure resident-centered care, and coordinate transitions of care while complying with regulations and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.
  • Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising daily clinical operations for your assigned unit.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting nurses and CNAs.
  • Ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining care plans.
  • Performing clinical assessments and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Monitoring changes in resident conditions and communicating with physicians, residents, and families.
  • Leading interdisciplinary care plan meetings and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinating admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
  • Supporting infection prevention initiatives, quality improvement programs, and survey readiness.
  • Promoting a positive, collaborative culture that supports residents and staff.

Your Impact as an LPN/RN Unit Manager

As an LPN/RN Unit Manager, you will play a vital leadership role by overseeing daily clinical operations, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring exceptional care for every resident.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising daily clinical operations for your assigned unit

  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with individualized care plans
