Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medications administration, wound care, and documenting care plans; you will supervise Nursing Assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor residents and report changes to physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.

• Day & Evening shifts available.

• Full-Time or Part- Time all shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3pm to 11 pm , with every other weekend required.

• Flexible 8-hour shifts for PRN status
