Job summary

Greens at Hendersonville in Hendersonville, NC is seeking compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team and provide resident-centered care.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, same-day pay, a $12,000 sign-on bonus, and a structured Career Advancement Program to grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the care team
• Supervising and supporting CNAs during daily clinical operations
• Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in providing exceptional care by:
