Greens at Hendersonville is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Hendersonville, NC. We offer full-time and part-time positions with day and night 12-hour shifts, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Conduct resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs during daily clinical operations.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals to achieve resident outcomes.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in providing exceptional care by:

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation
