Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts to provide consistent resident care under the direction of the Resident Services Director.

You will monitor health, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with CNAs to ensure continuity of care. 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts; full-time with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• 3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License.

$28–$30/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opening in Moon Township, evening shift, credit given for experience. At Tapestry Senior Living, you'll care for the same residents shift after shift, not a rotating list of strangers.

We build schedules around consistent assignments, so you actually get to know the people you're caring for, and they get to know you.

What you'll need:

• Must be 18 years or older, required

• CPR Certification, required
• 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
