Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Uniontown, PA is seeking an LPN/LVN to join a flexible long-term care nursing team. The role includes direct resident care and supervising nursing assistants on assigned shifts.

The position offers full-time or per diem options, 8- and 12-hour shifts, and a supportive work environment with scheduling flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Support care planning and collaboration with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
