Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) at our Tennessee facility. You will provide patient care in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units, administer medications including IVs, record vital signs, and supervise CNAs.

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience with SNF/Long Term Care preferred.

• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
