Job summary

Grays Harbor Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will administer medications, assist with care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality services for residents.

This is a full-time position with day or night shifts on a 3 on/3 off rotation; PRN also available. New graduates are welcome, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
