Job summary

Ascension is seeking a night-shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate bedside care for long-term care residents at Via Christi Village Manhattan in Manhattan, Kansas. You will work under RN or physician direction, administering medications and supporting assessments while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of applicable experience optional under licensure.
• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
