Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Current and valid license for Practical Nurse experience working with people with IDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan.
• Perform delegated tasks such as blood pressure monitoring and weights.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations.
• Organize and restock supplies; maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to meet individuals' needs.
• Communicate changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
