Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess current and valid license for Practical Nurse.
• Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan.
• Performs tasks such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks.
• Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations.
• Responsible for organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, restocking inventory.
• Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to meet individuals’ needs.
• Communicates changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
