First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Per diem shifts and excellent pay available.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care within LPN scope, administering medications, documenting patient information, wound care, monitoring changes, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
