Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with per diem shifts and rapid pay options. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time hours as available, with local staffing coordinators on call.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and be able to meet the physical demands of the job. PPD within the last year is required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD within the last year is required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
