Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts in the Hampton Roads area. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and document patient information in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility experience, and current BLS/CPR. PPD within the last year is preferred; local applicants only. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsibilities
