Villa At the Park is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Michigan. The LPN provides licensed care to residents, administers medications, conducts assessments, and collaborates with the IDT to ensure high-quality care within federal and state guidelines.

The role requires current LPN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and preferred experience in long-term care. Excellent communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under stress.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding and follow infection control standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide licensed nursing care to assigned residents as ordered by physician.
• Document nursing notes and transcriptions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe units and report safety hazards.
