Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Florence is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, home-like setting. You will follow care plans, collaborate with a skilled team, and support daily activities to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• SC LPN license required or in progress.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift
• Supervise and direct other care staff
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs
