Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care for residents at Florence Presbyterian Community. You’ll follow care plans, monitor residents, and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a warm, homelike environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care per residents' care plans.
• Perform rounds and monitor residents' conditions during shifts.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate care updates with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
