Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Easley, SC is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care from 7am to 7pm in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• SC LPN license required and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care per care plans.
• Perform rounds and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate care updates with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Complete documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and professional standards.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do as LPN:

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents’ care plans


• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift


• Supervise and direct other care staff


• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates


• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations


• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes


• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers


• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards


• Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina


• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred


• Current CPR certification


• Proficiency with basic computer skills
