Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in a resident-centered environment. You will provide compassionate, individualized care, perform rounds, supervise staff, and administer medications according to physician orders.

Weekend and holiday coverage is required, with a sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs. Valid SC LPN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of healthcare experience are preferred, along with basic computer

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in South Carolina.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate care updates with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do As LPN

What We're Looking For
