Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Easley, SC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position. 7am-7pm shifts with a progressive sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in South Carolina (SC).
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
