• Current LPN licensure in Florida
• Active BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross

• Mobile Driver with valid license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, provide nursing tasks such as continuous care and dressing changes per care plan.
• Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and report changes to the RN.
• Observe patient status, report adverse reactions, and document in the medical record.
• Perform venipuncture and CVL site observation per procedure; follow infusion policies.
• Attend to emergencies and may perform additional duties as assigned.
