Job summary

Chapters Health System in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient care team. Under RN supervision, the LPN will provide nursing interventions and teaching to maximize patient comfort and quality of life.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, active Florida LPN licensure, and BLS. Infusion therapy training is preferred, with flexibility to meet patient needs across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current LPN licensure in Florida.
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals.
• Infusion Therapy training preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, provide nursing tasks and patient care.
• Perform dressing changes, catheter care, and other plan-of-care activities.
• Observe patients, report changes to RN and physicians.
• Document care in the medical record per policy.
• Support emergency and after-hours coverage as needed.
