Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver nursing tasks including dressing changes and catheter care.
• Administer medications per policy and assist with symptom management.
• Monitor patients, report changes to RN, and document findings.
• Perform venipuncture and CVL site observation per protocol.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families and maintain confidentiality.

Skills

LPN licensure
