Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care across two nearby communities in Minnesota. This full-time position features a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or on-call, and involves local travel between Vadnais Heights and North St.

Paul. You will collaborate with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to assess, plan, and document care, while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. Predictable, Local Travel. This role is shared between two nearby communities (just minutes apart), with a consistent rotating schedule:

Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, compassionate, and personalized care.

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred (not Required)

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
