Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. The role provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff.

Join our team to receive a $7,500 signing bonus. Pay rate ranges from $25 to $33 per hour for the 12-hour night shifts (6pm-6:30am), with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) match, generous PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or multi-state license required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to address physical and behavioral health needs.

Role summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications
