Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, IN. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision, addressing a range of health needs.

A High School Diploma/GED is required, with an active LPN license or ability to obtain one and CPR certification. Sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RN and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Putnamvillle Correctional Facility located in Greencastle, Indiana.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
