Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact/multi-state license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check
