Job summary

Centurion Health in Pendleton, Indiana, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical staff.

This day-shift position offers a $7,500 joining bonus, pay range of $25-$33 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, holidays, and additional wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact/multi state license.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.
