Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Putnamville Correctional Facility team in Greencastle, IN. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under supervision, addressing a spectrum of health needs for incarcerated patients on a day shift.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, LPN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Pay Rate $25-33/hour, based on years of experience.

3-12 hour Day Shift 6:00am- 6:30pm. Bracket Type schedule with Rotating Weekends

Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Putnamvillle Correctional Facility located in Greencastle, Indiana.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
