Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide holistic nursing care at the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility in Pendleton, IN. The role reports to RN and medical staff and involves addressing diverse health needs of incarcerated patients.

Shifts are 12‑hour, part‑time, with day or night options (7:00am–7:30pm or 7:00pm–7:30am). A $3,500 joining bonus is offered along with a $22–$30 hourly pay rate, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• Appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope for incarcerated patients under RN and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
