Job summary

Centurion Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Medical team at the Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. This full-time role supports incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff, with 12-hour shifts available on day or night rotations.

Pay Rate: $22–$30 per hour, depending on years of experience

Shift Details: 12‑hour shifts, 3 shifts per week; Day shifts (6:00a.m.–6:30p.m.) and Night shifts (6:00p.m.–6:30a.m.) available

Shift Differential: Included for certain shifts

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, and responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
