Job summary

Lynn Care Center in Virginia is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team and provide high-quality care for our residents.

We offer full-time and part-time Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) shifts with shift differentials, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and comprehensive benefits. Daily pay access and ongoing tuition reimbursement support further enhance the role.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and mobility as needed.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all policies and laws.
• Track and review patient histories, vital signs, and conditions.
• Coach and support staff as necessary.

Rate of pay: $32.50 to $37.69 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You'll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
