Job summary

Skyview Springs Rehab. and Nursing in Luray, VA is seeking licensed practical nurses to join a compassionate clinical team.

You will administer medications, collaborate with RNs/CNAs, and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being in a high-quality long-term care setting. Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Help coach staff, as necessary

What You’ll Do:
