Job summary

Winchester Health and Rehab. in Winchester, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. We offer full-time and part-time Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) shifts with competitive pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Access to daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included. As an LPN, you will administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being in a top-rated long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• New grads welcome; LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Rate of pay: $31.00 to $34.59 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)
