Job summary

Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab in Richmond, VA is hiring compassionate LPNs for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. This full-time or part-time role offers competitive pay ($30.50–$36.79 per hour) with shift differentials, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and access to daily pay.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in VA
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.
