Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN schedules with Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts.

Active LPN licensure is required. New grads are welcome, and a daily pay option is available. Caregivers will work under a patient-first approach with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
