Job summary
Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and PRN roles with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit diverse schedules.
You will deliver direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, implement individualized care plans, record vital signs, and supervise other nursing staff when required.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- New grads are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
