Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York to hire an LPN. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
