Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role offers full-time, part-time or PRN scheduling in day, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, documenting care, and educating residents and families while coordinating with the care team. LPN license in good standing required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
