Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in recruiting an LPN. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across day, evening, night, with daily pay option and flexible schedules.

Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice is required; new grads are welcome. You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care, and educate residents and families in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
