Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Connecticut. The role offers day, evening and weekend shifts, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and a patient-first care approach.

You'll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document findings, and educate families as part of a collaborative team dedicated to quality outcomes in a supportive facility environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• Recent graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
