Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Deliver medications, monitor residents, and contribute to individualized care plans.

Active LPN license required; strong documentation, communication, and teamwork needed. We offer day, evening, and night shifts with flexible schedules and benefits including medical/dental/vision and 1199 Union eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
