Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support care plans in a resident-focused setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
