Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time or PRN roles in our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night options, with flexible schedules.

You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document care, and educate residents and families. New grads welcome; daily pay option available; benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance and 1199 Union benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
