Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts, plus daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license and are experienced in medication administration. You will document care with EHR, manage time efficiently, and communicate clearly with residents and families to support

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
