Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role includes medication administration, IVs as prescribed, and implementing care plans.
You will record vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and families. New grads are welcome, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
