Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in New Jersey.

- Proficient in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
