Job summary
Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. With day, evening, and night shifts and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN work, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling to fit your life.
You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications as prescribed, document accurately in EHR, and educate residents and families. Strong time management and teamwork support quality outcomes and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Recent grads encouraged to apply
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
