Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking LPNs for overnight, full-time roles in Oneonta, NY. The position features 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three days per week, with every other weekend.

A sign-on bonus of 5,000 is offered for full-time staff over two years, plus a competitive rate starting at $35/hr and incentives rising with experience. We provide premium compensation and a solid benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and provide resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe resident care and performs treatments per standards.
• Participates in quality improvement for resident care.
• Includes age-specific care and plan of care communication.
• Communicates resident information during shifts and handoffs.
• Administers medications following five rights and documents accordingly.
• Performs treatments with sterile or clean technique.
• Delivers external feedings when required.
• Completes care activities within scheduled shifts.
• Supports reassignments in the interest of resident care.
• Reports issues to nursing management and suggests solutions.
• Delegates tasks as appropriate to ensure care quality.

We are currently seeking an LPNs for our Overnight Shift

• This position is full-time

  • 3-days a week

LPN-New Rate Starting at $35/hr Up To $35.50/hr "salary adjustment based on years of experience" w/Diff Eve $36.75/hr Night $36.60/hr

Functions

• Provides safe resident care, demonstrating knowledge and competency in completing assigned treatments and procedures according to established standards and policies. Maintains awareness of new updates standards and incorporates them into his/her nursing practice through out the continuum of care.

• Participates in the improvement process of quality resident care.

• Incorporates age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments.

• Communicates pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report.

• Accurately administers medications according to the five rights of medication administration and documentation of same.

• Accurately performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique.

• Accurately administers external feedings.

• Completes resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods.

• Cooperates with reassignments made in the interest of resident care.

• Reports resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.

• Delegates resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel..
